Process: HR Recruiter - Voice Process

Qualification:

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various job openings
  • Make inbound and outbound recruitment calls
  • Explain job opportunities and eligibility
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Maintain candidate follow-ups and recruitment records

Salary:15,000 - 25,000 CTC

Shift Details:

  • Shift Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Sunday OFF
