Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Faculty to join our vocational training institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry techniques and construction work, with the ability to train students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in masonry as per the curriculum
• Instruct students in bricklaying, plastering, tile work, concrete mixing, and basic construction safety
• Demonstrate hands-on techniques and supervise practical sessions
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance
• Guide students in using construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Coordinate with the institute for curriculum updates and training material development
• Promote discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment
• Assist in organising industry visits and guest lectures when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (higher qualification preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in masonry or construction
• Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle tools, teach safety procedures, and manage a training batch

• Passion for teaching and skill development
• Patience and clarity in delivering instructions
• Ability to motivate and inspire trainees
