Your Role Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions. Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices. Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows. Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps. Your Profile 4 to 6 years of experience in Jira & Confluence implementation and support experience. Strong in Agile, project tracking, and knowledge management. Skilled with workflows, custom fields, automation, and macros. Experienced in client training and project delivery. Key Responsibilities include collaborating with customers on solution brainstorming, design, and implementation for various master data domains, guiding junior developers on Syndigo EDS configuration, staying updated on product development updates, and defining goals and best practices for deliverables. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of overall professional experience, with 5 years specifically in large and complex data management projects using Syndigo MDM solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Syndigo MDM, familiarity with Syndigo CES/Syndication solutions, and expertise in building end-to-end workflows are essential. Proficiency in using Syndigo APIs and experience in customer integration with large systems integration firms are also required. A related degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
