Good to have: AEP, AWS HTML, CSS, PHP, Python Consulting experience Cross-channel implementation Experience in leading project Description Work as a Marketo and Marketing Automation technical subject matter expert, having had the breadth and depth of experience to provide solutions to complex business problems based upon real-world experiences. Create marketing automation implementation plans to include sales and marketing alignment, lead-to-revenue strategies, database requirements, automation configuration, and functional mapping of integrations. Experience in setting up the integrations between Marketo and CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Custom CRM ) and CDP integrations. Knowledge in programming and scripting languages and hosting environments(AWS, Azure, etc.,) Velocity/Email scripting knowledge for advanced email personalization. Strong technical skills in Marketo including Marketo API and custom integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fundamental knowledge of design patterns Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams & management to collect requirements, and describe software product features, and technical designs. Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery. Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios. Responsibilities: Review customer requirements and recommend a long term solution Review existing set up and recommend best practices to improve performance/solutions implemented. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Integrate Marketo with other marketing technologies such as CRM, CDP, webinar platforms, hosting environments and analytics tools. Work with Marketo APIs (must have),Data model and custom objects Create and manage complex nurture programs, lead scoring models and lead nurturing campaigns Build custom Marketo solutions using Velocity scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Create Marketo workflows, programs, and templates to support marketing initiatives, leveraging Marketo's advanced features like dynamic content, segmentation, personalization. Develop marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, webinars, and events using Marketo. Work with webhooks and flow boosts and other Marketo modules such as account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, predictive content/audience, Marketo Sales insight. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs. Stay up to date with the latest Marketo and marketing technology trends and best practices. Train and mentor junior team members on Marketo best practices and tools.
