About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and self-motivated Marketing/Sales Executive to join our team in the outdoor advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, promoting outdoor advertising solutions such as hoardings and billboards, and converting leads into confirmed sales.

Candidates with experience in Outdoor Advertising, Out-of-Home (OOH) Media, Billboard Sales, or Media Sales will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for the company's outdoor advertising boards, hoardings, and billboard spaces.
• Identify potential businesses, brands, and organizations that require outdoor advertising.
• Develop leads through cold calling, field visits, online research, social media, networking, referrals, and advertising agencies.
• Connect with business owners, marketing managers, brand managers, and advertising/media agencies.
• Understand clients' marketing objectives, target audiences, preferred locations, and advertising budgets.
• Recommend suitable outdoor advertising locations and media solutions based on client requirements.
• Present advertising proposals, explain available options, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Convert qualified prospects into confirmed advertising bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and sales closures using Excel or CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation, sales, and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the Marketing Head.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
• Strong lead-generation, prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM or sales-tracking tools.
• Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and persistent approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and advertising-site visits.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH), billboard sales, hoardings, media sales, or advertising agencies.
• Experience selling advertising space or media solutions to businesses and brands.
• Ability to understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable advertising locations.
• Existing contacts with corporate clients, local businesses, marketing teams, or advertising agencies will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000, depending on experience and suitability.
