Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Mix Modeling Analyst at a management consulting firm focused on Marketing Analytics, Advanced Attribution, and ROI Measurement, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling engagements. This includes scoping projects, cleaning cross-channel media and sales data, selecting and estimating models, and delivering validated ROI estimates and elasticities. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining robust econometric and time-series models to quantify marketing impact, seasonality, promotions, price effects, and base demand. You will translate model outputs into actionable media optimization and budget-allocation scenarios, run simulations, and present trade-offs to senior client stakeholders. Additionally, you will produce reproducible analysis and production-ready pipelines in R/Python with clear documentation, version control, and model governance. As a qualified candidate for this role, you must have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling, econometrics, or advanced marketing analytics with proven client-facing consulting experience. Strong programming skills in R or Python for statistical modeling, advanced SQL knowledge, and expertise in media channels, promotions, pricing effects, and elasticity-based optimization are essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills to translate technical results into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience with Bayesian hierarchical modeling, state-space models, cloud-based analytics (AWS/GCP), deployment pipelines, experimentation (geo-experiments), marketing attribution frameworks, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
