Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Sree Vijayaganapathy Store, Pondicherry

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase sales & store traffic
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Organize in-store promotions, discounts, and events
• Conduct market research on customer trends & competitors
• Coordinate with vendors and local partners
• Monitor marketing budget and optimize campaigns
• Improve customer experience through engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in supermarkets or hypermarkets or retail
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
• Strong communication, creative, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of Pondicherry market is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
