Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute on-ground B2B marketing activities in assigned regions.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and product/service demonstrations.
Generate qualified leads through field outreach, events, and partner interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with business clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Organize and manage roadshows, corporate events, and industry exhibitions.
Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback from the field.
Support the sales team with local marketing initiatives and follow-ups.
Ensure proper branding, collateral distribution, and visibility at field locations.
Track field performance metrics and submit daily/weekly reports.
