Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, developing relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, companies, and other healthcare institutions, and increasing patient referrals and hospital business through field visits and marketing activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, industries, companies, and other potential referral sources to promote hospital services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and other referral partners.
• Promote the hospital's departments, medical specialties, diagnostic facilities, health check-up packages, and other healthcare services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a network of potential referral sources.
• Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas and maintain daily visit reports.
• Coordinate with the hospital's departments to communicate service availability, specialist consultations, and health check-up programmes.
• Organise health awareness programmes, medical camps, corporate health check-ups, and other promotional activities.
• Follow up with existing and potential referral partners to maintain good professional relationships.
• Collect market feedback and information about competitors, healthcare services, and local market opportunities.
• Generate patient enquiries and coordinate with the hospital's concerned departments for appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain records of field visits, contacts, leads, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to the growth of hospital services.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.

3. Educational Qualification:

• Any degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A qualification in healthcare or hospital administration will be an added advantage.

4. Experience:

• Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may apply.
• Experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or hospital business development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
