The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, customer engagement, or business development. The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the willingness to travel within the assigned territory to support marketing activities and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company's products and increase market visibility.
• Conduct field visits to customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and other relevant business partners as required.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to connect with new customers.
• Identify potential markets, business opportunities, and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Promote the company's products by explaining their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product demonstrations, and other brand awareness initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Collect market feedback and customer insights and share relevant information with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. - Assist in developing strategies to improve product awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, field visits, marketing activities, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities, market feedback, customer visits, and assigned targets. - Follow up with prospective customers and existing business contacts to maintain engagement and support business growth. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, field activities, and marketing objectives.
• Represent the organization professionally while interacting with customers and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, field marketing, business development, or a similar role. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and other assigned locations as required.
• A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred, as the role may involve regular field visits.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills. - Ability to understand customer needs and communicate product information effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach to work.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple field activities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys interacting with people, visiting different locations, exploring new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a product-based organization. Candidates with prior experience in field marketing, product promotion, channel marketing, dealer or distributor coordination, or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.
