The Marketing Executive will contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, supporting the overall marketing strategy and driving brand awareness and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and events. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. Create engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and presentations. Manage social media channels and engage with followers. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website and other digital marketing assets. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide data- driven insights. Support lead generation activities, including managing lead lists and qualifying leads. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. Assist in the coordination of marketing events and trade shows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing automation tools. Experience with content creation and management. Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles. Strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing. Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Marketing Executive Campaign Execution & Performance: Successfully execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, events). Meet or exceed campaign objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic). Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. Content Creation & Management: Create high-quality, engaging marketing content (website copy, blog posts, social media updates, presentations, etc.). Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all marketing channels. Manage content calendars and schedules. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies. Build and grow social media followings. Monitor and engage with social media audiences. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies. Lead Generation Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts by supporting lead capture campaigns and nurturing leads. Assist in qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team. Project Management & Collaboration: Effectively manage assigned marketing projects and meet deadlines. Collaborate effectively with other team members (e.g., designers, developers, sales) to achieve marketing goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Marketing Executive Campaign Performance Campaign Reach & Impressions: Total number of people reached and the number of times your marketing messages were seen. Website Traffic & Engagement: Increase in website traffic and user engagement (e.g., time on site, bounce rate, pages per session) driven by marketing campaigns. Conversion Rates: Track conversion rates across different touchpoints (e.g., website conversion rates, email open and click-through rates, social media engagement rates). Content Performance Content Reach & Engagement: Number of views, shares, likes, and comments on content pieces (blog posts, social media updates, etc.). Content Quality & Relevance: Measure the quality and relevance of content based on audience engagement and feedback. Social Media Performance Social Media Growth: Increase in followers across key social media platforms. Social Media Engagement: Track key metrics like likes, shares, comments, mentions, and social media mentions. Social Media Reach: Measure the reach of social media posts and identify the most effective channels. Lead Generation Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Number of leads generated through marketing activities that meet specific criteria. Conversion Rate to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): Percentage of MQLs that are qualified as sales-ready. Cost per Lead (CPL): Calculate the cost of acquiring each lead through marketing efforts.
