  About the Role

  MachFox is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the company's lubrication and engineering solutions through exhibitions, trade shows, customer visits, industry events, and marketing campaigns. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, brand promotion, market development, and supporting business growth initiatives.

  Key Responsibilities

• Represent MachFox at exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
  
• Engage with prospective customers and identify business opportunities.
  
• Present product features, benefits, and industrial applications. Generate and maintain qualified leads and customer databases.
  
• Conduct customer visits and support business development activities.
  
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.
  
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
  
• Support digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
  
• Prepare event reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to interact confidently with engineers, plant managers, purchase teams, and business owners.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.

• Experience

• 1-10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Industrial Product Promotion, Exhibitions, or Customer Relationship Management.
  
• Experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, lubrication systems, hydraulics, automation, or related sectors will be preferred.

  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  Qualified leads generated, customer meetings conducted, exhibition effectiveness, lead conversion support, CRM data quality, and contribution to business pipeline development.
