Marketing Executive

Innovate Labs is a disruptive technology startup specializing in immersive reality solutions using Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR). The company focuses on solving complex business challenges in industrial and education sectors by simplifying the adoption of immersive technologies.

Innovate Labs helps customers select the right tools, design relevant use cases, and support rollout, implementation, and large-scale deployment of immersive applications. With deep industrial experience and development expertise, the team creates out-of-the-box solutions such as the Design Xperience Suite for rapid 3D CAD deployment and Factory ViewAR for integrating live IoT data into AR.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications professional who can take ownership of Innovate Labs' marketing presence across digital platforms and industry events. This role goes beyond social media. You will work across content, website management, brand communication, exhibitions and events, while also representing Innovate Labs in front of customers, partners and industry professionals. We are open to hiring an experienced professional or a high-potential intern from a strong college who demonstrates excellent communication skills, curiosity and ownership.

Key responsibilities

Social media & content

• Manage Innovate Labs' social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create and coordinate content around products, projects, people, events and industry insights.
• Work with internal teams to identify stories, use cases and achievements worth showcasing.
• Translate complex technology and business solutions into simple, engaging content.
• Coordinate with designers, video creators and external agencies where required.
• Track content performance and engagement and use insights to improve communication.

Website & digital presence

• Manage and regularly update website content.
• Coordinate updates related to products, solutions, case studies, events and company developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve Innovate Labs' digital presence.
• Coordinate with developers and designers for website updates.
• Maintain consistency across the website, social media and other digital platforms.
• Support basic SEO and website content optimisation.

Events, expos & industry presence

• Take ownership of marketing activities for expos, conferences, exhibitions and industry events.
• Coordinate pre-event communication, registrations, marketing collateral and post-event activities.
• Support booth planning, branding, presentations and event material.
• Represent Innovate Labs at events and confidently interact with visitors, customers, partners and industry professionals.
• Communicate Innovate Labs' products and solutions clearly and confidently.
• Capture event highlights and content for use across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales and business teams on relevant leads and connections.

Brand & marketing communication

• Develop presentations, brochures, company profiles, event collateral and other marketing material.
• Support campaigns, partnerships, announcements and other brand initiatives.
• Help strengthen Innovate Labs' positioning within the XR, AR/VR, digital twin and industrial technology space.
• Research industry trends, competitors, events and relevant marketing opportunities.
• Support internal and external marketing communications.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, B2B marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital content.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with B2B marketing, technology marketing, exhibitions or industry events is a plus.
• For interns/fresh graduates, a strong college background, relevant projects, internships or a portfolio will be an advantage.
• Comfortable learning and communicating about XR, AR/VR and technology-led business solutions.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, partners and industry professionals.
• Willing to travel for events and exhibitions when required.

The person we're looking for

Someone who can create content, manage digital platforms, coordinate events and confidently represent Innovate Labs in front of people. You should be proactive, curious, comfortable taking ownership and able to work independently in a startup environment. Most importantly, you should be comfortable being the face of Innovate Labs at events, expos and conferences.
