Marketing Executive - Collagen Manufacturing Unit

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Collagen Manufacturing Unit. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, particularly biologics, and the ability to translate scientific knowledge into impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Collagen Putty and other collagen-based products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeting doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, videos, promotional materials, and scientific communication.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements for better ROI.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and developments in the biologics and collagen sectors.
• Organize product launches, promotional events, and professional seminars.
• Collaborate with healthcare influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and strategic partners for product endorsements and awareness.
• Promote awareness and understanding of biologics and collagen-based medical solutions among healthcare professionals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment).
• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
