Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence and handle online review posting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms and be able to engage audiences effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create and post engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback across various platforms Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on digital campaigns Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for marketing campaigns Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media handling Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) Basic understanding of graphic design tools is a plus Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Candidates from or near Calicut are preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
