Marketing Coordination Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sample Department CoordinationArrange procurement of materials required for sample development.Ensure timely availability of materials and track their movement.Maintain proper records of sample requests and dispatches.

2. Designer & Sample Team SupportFollow directions from the designer during sample creation.Coordinate with samplemen to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule.

3. Costing & Pricing SupportLiaise with the ICS operator to get accurate costing for samples and final products.Maintain costing sheets for management review.

4. Marketplace & Website CoordinationWork with digital marketing/agency partners to ensure product listings, images, and content are uploaded accurately.Monitor updates and resolve discrepancies across online marketplaces and the company website.

5. Sales & Dispatch CoordinationTrack orders from marketplaces and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team.Ensure timely delivery of ordered items and communicate with customers/agencies as required.

6. Accounts CoordinationLiaise with the accounts team for timely receipt of payments related to samples and sales.Assist in reconciling payments against dispatched goods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
