Marketing & Business Development Associate — Fresher

Work arrangement: Work from home until December 2026/ till probation. From January 2027, work from our South Bengaluru office.

Employment: Three-month paid internship, with an opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance.
Compensation: ₹8,000/month during the internship; ₹14,000–₹17,000/month after full-time conversion, based on performance.

About the role

Huryo Labs is looking for a motivated fresher to support our marketing and business development work. You’ll help with Canva creatives, basic SEO and backlink submissions, cold calls and proposals for suitable Upwork projects. We’ll provide guidance and templates; a willingness to learn and communicate well are important.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt simple marketing creatives using Canva.
• Support basic SEO tasks, including backlink and directory submissions.
• Research prospects and keep outreach records up to date.
• Make cold calls using provided lead lists and scripts.
• Help draft and submit tailored proposals for suitable Upwork projects.
• Track assigned work and share regular progress updates.

Eligibility and skills

• Recent graduate or final-year student in BBA, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communication, Journalism, English or a related field. Graduates from other fields with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
• Good written and spoken English. Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic Canva knowledge and an interest in SEO and digital marketing.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• No prior work experience is required. College projects, internships or freelance work are a plus.
