Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies in alignment with business goals.
Meet potential customers, discuss and share product details and assist them to benefot from our products and services.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across all channels (online and offline).
Analyze market and competitor data to refine marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking.
Collaborate effectively with creative teams to produce materials for ads, brochures, and newsletters.
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) of marketing campaigns and optimize based on results.
Maintain the marketing budget, ensuring activities are cost-effective and aligned with goals.
Identify and initiate opportunities for co-marketing partnerships to expand brand reach.
Manage email marketing strategies and oversee the development and analysis of customer databases.
Ensure all marketing efforts comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
