Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and well-organized Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities through field visits, magazine placement, and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for visiting beachside pubs, cafés, restaurants, and other client locations to place magazines and ensure their proper display and availability to customers.

This role focuses on brand visibility, field engagement, and maintaining good relationships with business partners. There are no sales targets or revenue targets for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit beachside pubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other assigned client locations.
• Place magazines at suitable locations where customers can easily access and read them.
• Coordinate with pub managers, restaurant owners, and other clients to arrange magazine placement.
• Ensure magazines are displayed neatly and maintained in good condition.
• Conduct regular field visits to check magazine availability and replenish stocks when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and business partners.
• Identify suitable new locations for magazine distribution and brand visibility.
• Collect basic feedback from clients regarding magazine placement and readership.
• Maintain records of field visits, magazine distribution, and client interactions.
• Submit regular activity reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work actively in the field.
• Confidence in interacting with pub managers, business owners, and clients.
• Good coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.

Important Note About the Role

• No sales targets.
• No revenue or business-generation targets.
• Bike Mandatory.
• The role focuses on field marketing, magazine placement, client coordination, and brand visibility.
• Performance will be evaluated based on field activity, quality of magazine placement, client relationships, and completion of assigned responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys fieldwork, meeting new people, visiting different establishments, and building professional relationships. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to beachside pubs and other client locations and ensuring that magazines are placed effectively.
