Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the day-to-day marketing activities and ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Work closely with the founder to plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s growth objectives.
- Develop monthly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and execution timelines.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
2. Social Media & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the social media team to plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
- Brief the creative team on content requirements, campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure timely delivery of reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and other creative assets.
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and overall communication.
- Track content performance and collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Performance Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with performance marketing agencies or specialists managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate creative requirements for paid campaigns, including ad creatives, videos, and campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, communicate insights, and coordinate with the team on optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure marketing campaigns align with broader brand and sales objectives.
4. PR, Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaborations
- Plan and coordinate PR hampers, gifting campaigns, and product seeding initiatives.
- Identify relevant influencers, creators, and potential brand collaborators.
- Manage outreach, communication, dispatches, and follow-ups for PR and gifting activities.
- Build relationships with creators, media contacts, and complementary lifestyle and wellness brands.
- Track collaborations and evaluate their impact on brand visibility and engagement.
5. Events & Experiential Marketing
- Conceptualise and coordinate brand events, pop-ups, wellness activations, and community experiences.
- Identify relevant events and platforms where Everyday You can showcase its products.
- Manage event planning, vendor coordination, product placements, and on-ground execution.
- Explore opportunities to collaborate with wellness communities, fitness studios, and lifestyle platforms.
6. Retail & Wellness Partnerships
- Identify and approach wellness centres, yoga studios, Pilates studios, spas, salons, boutique stores, and other relevant businesses to stock Everyday You products.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential retail and distribution partners.
- Coordinate product presentations, sampling, commercial discussions, and follow-ups.
- Explore strategic partnerships that can expand the brand’s offline presence and customer reach.
- Track partnership opportunities and follow through from initial outreach to onboarding.
7. Team & Agency Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between the social media team, creative team, performance marketing team, PR partners, and external vendors.
- Establish clear briefs, deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Follow up proactively to ensure projects move forward without delays.
- Maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars, and regular progress updates.
- Keep the founder informed about ongoing activities, challenges, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working with consumer, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- A creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand building.
- Confidence in communicating with agencies, influencers, vendors, retail partners, and potential collaborators.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, marketing calendars, and project management tools.
- A willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and get things done.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
