You will be responsible for managing the website operations for our menswear D2C brand, Hamptons, specializing in weekend wear. As the Website Operations Manager, you will oversee various tasks to ensure the website is optimized and running smoothly at all times. This includes managing product listings, updating pricing, and collaborating with different agencies for efficient work delivery. Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with retention marketing, performance marketing, and delivery aggregator agencies. You will also lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to ensure smooth query resolution and develop effective customer retention strategies. Additionally, you will use Excel and Shopify analytics to analyze data, track website performance, sales, and marketing Return on Investment (ROI). Coordinating with courier and fulfillment partners for timely deliveries, collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, design, and customer service, and identifying operational inefficiencies to optimize processes will also be part of your role. You are required to have prior experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a D2C or fashion brand, along with proficiency in Excel, Shopify, CRM tools, and logistics platforms. Strong communication skills in English, multitasking abilities, and experience with marketing agencies will be advantageous.
