Brief Job Description - As a Market Researcher specializing in tele-depth interviews, you will be responsible for the end-to-end qualitative research process, from developing interview screeners and guides to moderating in-depth discussions with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals. Candidate - We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in market research, particularly in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-pressure environment and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in moderating interviews with medical professionals is a must. Responsibilities - Design and develop comprehensive screener interview guides to identify and recruit the right medical professionals for research studies. Conduct and moderate in-depth telephonic interviews with physicians and other key opinion leaders (KOLs). Synthesize interview data and qualitative findings into clear, concise, and insightful reports. Collaborate with the research and analysis team to contribute to the creation of compelling reports for our clients. Manage project timelines and ensure all research activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Additional skills - Proficiency in market research. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English, with exceptional attention to detail.
