Position Title: Sales Executive Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Services Location: Mumbai Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 6 years Roles & Responsibilities Generate new business for freight forwarding and customs clearance services (Air & Sea Imports & Exports). Identify and develop new clients in the Mumbai region, focusing on expanding our logistics customer base. Maintain strong knowledge of documentation and operational procedures for C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) operations. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.). Energetic, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality. Ability to work independently and within a team. In-depth understanding of the Mumbai logistics market. Qualifications / Certifications Graduate or above (mandatory). Basic Cargo and Valid DGR Certification will be an added advantage.
