Packaging Material Procurement: Source laminates, cartons, wrappers, labels, trays, and related packaging materials in line with approved specifications. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors. Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms. Purchase Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate with production, QA, and stores to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent stock-outs. Cost Control: Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality. Quality Compliance: Follow quality standards; purchase only from approved suppliers. Coordinate with QA for material testing and approvals. Inventory Management Support: Monitor stock levels, maintain reorder points, and coordinate with the warehouse team for GRN and stock updates. Documentation & Records: Maintain purchase orders, vendor agreements, invoices, contracts, and compliance documents. Role & responsibilities Effectively Process the Saler orders received by different customers from Ecom and MT Channels. Coordinate the Supply chain team in PAN India different locations and quickly resolve the issues in supply . Coordinate with Different CFAs(where houses) in Pan India wide for smooth functioning of dispatches. Process different types of SRNs by checking scanning, EAN mismatches, case lots, MRP and base price issues at customers end . Create & Update the master data both in SAP & Comnodus(web portal) Raise the Tickets in service now portal regarding SAP related and check the relevant issues from our team also. Act as a single point of contact regarding customer related issues from Different channels regarding Slots booking, appointment changes, masters updation issues. Train up the new team members based on requirement.. Having knowledge on usage of different customer SCM portals like Reliance, Zerto, Blink it, vender flex etc. Coordinate with Sales KAM’s regarding target Fixing and achievements, period closing plans and different types of sales reports providing. Checking and update the POD’s collection of different channels customers and coordinate to reconciliation team. Coordinate Finance team by highlighting credit block customers list and get approvals and maintain the credit utilization data. Exposure to other department related tasks based on requirement in team. Preferred candidate profile
