We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee our restaurant, banquet, bar, and outdoor catering (ODC) operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service, manage daily operations, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day operations of restaurant, banquet, bar & ODC. Ensure growth & development of business Lead and train F&B staff for efficient, high-quality service. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase footfall and bookings. Coordinate and execute events and off-site catering. Control inventory, costs, and ensure hygiene compliance. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to improve services. Monitor daily sales, prepare monthly reports, and assist in budgeting. Handle guest feedback and maintain service excellence. Requirements : Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in all 4 areas: restaurant, banquet, bar & ODC. Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings (banquets/ODC/events). Plan and oversee banquets, weddings, corporate events, and ODC projects. Ensure top-quality service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Hospitality degree/diploma preferred.
