Job Description:

  • Handle driver queries related to trips, payments, incentives, and app issues.
  • Assist drivers with operational concerns and complaint resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Communicate with drivers in Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer support or driver support experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
