Manufacturing Engineer for Trx MFG

As a Transmitter Manufacturing Team member at Yokogawa, your primary role is to contribute towards achieving the Transmitter Manufacturing Goals. This includes preparing the Production preparation Process for new product/options additions, maintaining and enhancing Production Equipment and systems for Production enhancement and improvements, and ensuring that Production Software is in line with Yokogawa Global Manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure total compliance with Yokogawa Manufacturing policies & procedures and YIL policies. - Maintain Production equipment and Software for 100% uptime in LM Line. - Organize and plan for Preventative maintenance of Manufacturing equipment to eliminate any production downtime. - Co-ordinate with YMG MED to ensure that YIL equipment and Software meet Global standards. - Prepare and upgrade Production Process Equipment and Software for any process changes required for enhancements in LM line and for new product additions. - Undertake new Projects by enhancing machines, equipment, and Manufacturing processes to improve Productivity, Quality, Safety, and uptime. Qualifications Required: - BE in Mechatronics or industrial engineering. - 5-7 years of experience in running Manufacturing (Assembly) line for electronic/electrical products. Skills Required: - Knowledge of Manufacturing machines and equipment used for assembly of Electro-Mechanical Products. - Basic understanding of Assembly line Process and factory automation. - Software skills in Machine Programming and Manufacturing Process such as C++, VB6. - Knowledge of industry 4.0, IOT, and Digitization in Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
