Manufacturing Engineer for Trx MFG

As a Transmitter Manufacturing Team member at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in achieving the Transmitter Manufacturing Goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing the Production preparation Process for new product/options additions, maintaining and enhancing Production Equipment and systems for Production enhancement and improvements, as well as ensuring the Production Software aligns with Yokogawa Global Manufacturing requirements. Your key responsibilities will revolve around ensuring total compliance with Yokogawa Manufacturing policies & procedures and YIL policies, maintaining Production equipment and Software for 100% uptime in the LM Line, organizing and planning for Preventative maintenance of Manufacturing equipment to eliminate any production downtime, and coordinating with YMG MED to ensure YIL equipment and Software meet Global standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for Production Process Equipment Preparation & upgradation of the Software for any process changes required for enhancements in the LM line and for any new product additions. You will also be involved in undertaking new projects by enhancing machines, equipment, and Manufacturing processes to improve Productivity, Quality, Safety, and uptime. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a BE in Mechatronics or industrial engineering along with 5-7 years of experience in running Manufacturing (Assembly) lines for electronic/electrical products. Your skills should include knowledge of Manufacturing machines & equipment used for assembly of Electro-Mechanical Products, basic knowledge of Assembly line Process and factory automation, as well as software skills in Machine Programming and MFG Process of C++, VB6. Knowledge of industry 4.0, IOT, and Digitization in Manufacturing will be considered an added advantage.
