As a Fresher Mechanical Engineer at Mc Clelland Engineers Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to work on real-world engineering projects focusing on incineration technology, thermal engineering, and hazardous waste management solutions. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, where you will receive hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of mechanical design, procurement, production, quality control, and project execution and commissioning. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the design and development of mechanical equipment and systems for incinerators, collaborating with the design team in CAD modeling and drafting, supporting manufacturing and fabrication processes, conducting quality checks during production, assisting in installation and troubleshooting of incineration systems at client sites, preparing technical documentation and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a willingness to travel to project sites as required.
