MANUAL PATTERN MAKERS/CAD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the pattern making (manual/CAD) of finesse. The focus of your role will include pattern making, pattern checking, and product detail development. Key Responsibilities: - Work with designers to prioritize orders based on due dates. - Set the daily priorities for pattern making. - Immediately address pattern alterations as discussed. - Ensure all pattern parts of the garments are complete and nothing is missing. - Verify that all pattern pieces include instructions such as notch marks, seam allowance, grain line, front/back, size, etc. - Mark notch marks and direction on pattern pieces for draping garments. - Mark boning on patterns as needed. - Patterns with block cut should have mold pattern. - Specify the side of the pattern for asymmetric garments. - Include layering names on all patterns (e.g., lining, interlining). - Record the number of pattern pieces on the pattern cover for each pattern. - Include small pattern parts like binding, facings, pockets, loops, etc. in the patterns. - Label custom patterns with "CUSTOM" and PO number. - Attach patches to patterns with minor alterations for easy removal later. - Indicate the depth and direction of pleats on patterns. - Complete daily reporting tasks. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in pattern making, preferably in manual and CAD. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pattern checking. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with designers. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently. - Knowledge of garment construction and pattern development techniques. - Familiarity with pattern making tools and software. - Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.,
