Role Description · Review customer RFQ’s with the help of the Contracts Manager. · Issue inquiries via email to sub-suppliers and follow up with them via email and phone call to receive pricing by the due date. · Review, analyse and compare sub-suppliers’ quotations in Mantis Cost Sheet Template. · Send quotations to customers. · Enter data in Mantis system. · File emails and documentation. Skills, Experience and knowledge · BE Mechanical with 5 years of experience in purchase. · Strong motivation to learn. · Interpersonal skills (to develop relationships with suppliers / clients). · Effective work prioritisation. · Strong analytical and organizational skills. Aptitude · Fast learner. · Attention to detail. · Microsoft Excel. · Outlook. · English Fluent. · Excellent verbal and written communication. · Knowledge of the piping product is a plus. · SAP B1 is a plus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work · Full-Time position · In-office role: Pune area · Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 1PM-10PM (local time) and Friday: 1PM-5PM (local time). · Vacation time: 25 paid holidays + India public holidays · Salary: INR 55k/month (INR 660,000/year)
