A. Principal Coordination & Claims Handling Maintain co-ordial relation with Principals and their officials. Coordinate daily with major principals regarding payments, FO/C (Free of Cost), discounted stock approvals, and claim settlements. Prepare LHA channel claims for Principal and monthly claims forvarious trades Ensure timely submission, verification, and approval of all principal claims to avoid outstanding discrepancies. Maintain strong relations with principal finance and sales teams for smooth commercial operations. B. Collections & Target Monitoring Visit outlets once in a month o Set collection targetso Resolve creditor/debtor issueso Monitor claims and financial administration Set monthly collection targets for Nashik new vertical Coordinate collections and order follow-ups Maintain actionable MIS on collections vs targets.C. Financial Reconciliation & Commercial Controls Perform monthly reconciliation of Goa principal payments and Mumbai Bacardi/Sula group payments. Conduct quarterly reconciliation of creditors’ ledgers (Bacardi, Sula Group, Red Bull). Highlight discrepancies, short payments, and pending claims to management. Ensure accurate documentation supporting debit notes, credit notes, FO/C stock adjustments, and settlement entries. D. Operations & Administration Management Manage operational processes for both Mumbai and Goa units to ensure seamless execution of sales, finance, and administrative activities. Resolve disputes and cross-functional issues involving Sales, Finance, Admin, and HR on day-to-day basis. Support internal audits by providing documents, reconciliations, and administrative clarifications. Ensure compliance with excise norms and statutory requirements, coordinating with Admin and Finance.E. Business Coordination Oversee workflow, commercial processes, collections, and principal coordination Act as the link between sales/operations teams and the Mumbai head office. Grievenses handling : resolving principal-related issues, documentation gaps, claim accuracy, and reconciliation. Provide monthly operational updates to senior management.
