Reporting To: Director / Project Manager Job Summary: The Project In charge will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare service projects. This includes end-to-end project development, sales and revenue generation activities, and regular coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and achievement of organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Project Development & Implementation Plan, develop, and execute healthcare service projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with vendors, hospitals, and service partners for project execution. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. Prepare project reports, timelines, and performance updates. Sales & Revenue Generation Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships. Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor performance against sales goals and prepare progress reports. Support marketing activities, client meetings, and promotional events. Team Coordination & Supervision Lead, guide, and monitor the project team to ensure efficiency and accountability. Conduct regular follow-ups with the field and office teams for task completion. Maintain coordination between sales, operations, and support departments. Provide training and motivation to ensure team productivity. Client & Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, and other stakeholders. Address client concerns promptly and ensure service satisfaction. Represent the company in project meetings and reviews. Reporting & Analysis Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project performance reports. Analyze project outcomes, revenue data, and suggest improvement areas. Submit updates to management on progress and challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. 58 years of experience in healthcare project management or operations. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Experience in sales and revenue generation preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
