The responsibilities of this role will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts such as MSAs (including FLDG arrangements), vendor agreements, service provider contracts, NDAs, procurement and operational documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining contract trackers and document repositories, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders from compliance, tech, ops, and finance departments for contract inputs.
