Managing Consultant - Adv. & Mgmt - L1

Role Overview: As a Managing Consultant at Wipro Limited, you are expected to sell and manage the delivery of complex consulting propositions within your area of expertise, driving measurable value for clients. Your role involves developing strong client relationships, leading large engagements or accounts, and designing and leading complex consulting programs for customers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of consultants, ensuring quality deliverables, and achieving high personal billability. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve utilisation target and serve as an Ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values - Lead development of consulting solutions and manage teams of consultants, workstreams, projects, or programs - Focus on client satisfaction, solve client issues, and achieve client objectives - Manage budgets, assure quality deliverables, and act as a trusted advisor to senior clients - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust and confidence through quality and delivery - Ensure high levels of individual and team utilization in line with expected levels - Manage a personal sales pipeline, support revenue targets, and sell laterally and vertically to clients - Develop an effective network of client contacts, lead sales activities, and close new projects with minimal partner support - Drive proposal creation, presales activities, and revenue development in existing and new areas - Share industry thought leadership, lead assignment team thought leadership, and present Wipro's thought leadership at external forums - Utilize case studies and track records in sales efforts and demonstrate monetization of own thought leadership Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Business Dynamics Consulting - Experience: >10 YEARS Note: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients" digital transformation needs.
