Your responsibilities will include: 1. Consulting Execution: - Achieving utilization targets and embodying Wipro's tenets and values. - Leading as an Ambassador for the business and managing teams of consultants, work streams, projects, or programs. - Being client-focused, persistent in addressing client issues, and demonstrating a well-rounded consultant's experience. - Taking charge of budgets and ensuring the quality of deliverables. - Establishing trust as a trusted advisor to senior clients, receiving positive feedback from client executives. - Demonstrating a decisive and directive delivery approach, showcasing both hard and soft skills. - Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team and client staff, fostering trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery. 2. Business Development: - Ensuring high levels of individual and team utilization in alignment with set goals. - Managing a personal sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. - Leading sales activities, identifying leads, converting them into opportunities, and closing projects with minimal partner support. - Proactively seeking revenue development opportunities in existing and new areas. - Driving proposal creation and presales activities leveraging Wipro's global consulting capability. 3. Thought Leadership: - Being recognized as an industry thought leader and sharing thought leadership with relevant channels. - Ensuring that case studies and track records are effectively utilized in sales efforts. - Presenting Wipro's thought leadership at external industry forums and sales campaigns.
