Mandatory Requirements Education: Must be a Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized board/university. Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring all health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines are met at the solar project site. This role involves identifying potential hazards, implementing safety systems and programs, and promoting a culture of safety at the site. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is proactive in risk assessment and compliance, with a focus on reducing accidents, injuries, and environmental impact. Risk Assessment & Safety Planning Training and Awareness for site safety Safety Equipment & PPE Management Collaboration and Reporting Accident Investigation and Reporting HSE Compliance Knowledge of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities The HSE Engineer must be willing to travel to different sites as required Must be good in communication, presentation, report preparation
