Manager/Asst. Manager Finance

The ideal candidate for this position would preferably hold an MBA/Post Graduate degree in Finance or be a CA/CMA pursuing candidate, with 2-5 years of experience in finance functions in India or abroad. Your primary responsibilities in this role would include: Financial Reporting: - Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. - Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards. Vouching & Reconciliation: - Conducting vouching and verification of financial transactions. - Performing bank, vendor/Revenue, and ledger reconciliations with proper record-keeping and document security. - Overseeing cash handling, petty cash management, and cash flow monitoring to maintain liquidity and prevent discrepancies. Statutory Compliance & Taxation: - Managing statutory filings like GST, Income Tax Returns (ITR), and other applicable tax filings. Audit & Finalization of Accounts: - Working closely with auditors and Chartered Accountants (CAs) for the finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements. - Assisting in statutory audits and resolving audit queries. Budgeting & Cost Control: - Developing and overseeing annual and monthly budgets aligned with company goals. - Monitoring budgets for corporate events, projects, and operational activities to ensure cost control and effective resource allocation. - Conducting variance analysis to track actual spending vs. budgeted figures and suggesting corrective actions. Other Financial Operations: - Providing financial analysis and decision-making insights to support management. - Developing and implementing financial and budgeting frameworks aligning with strategic business objectives. - Assisting in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Salary offered for this position ranges from Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month, with no constraints for the right candidate. Performance-based bonuses and incentives are also included. Candidates with experience in managing finance functions, beyond accounting, will be given preference.
