Job Summary

SGT University is seeking a result-oriented HR Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition team responsible for recruitment across non-teaching departments. The role involves managing individual and team hiring targets, driving end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with departmental heads, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies in line with the university’s manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team handling non-teaching recruitment.
• Achieve individual hiring targets while ensuring the team meets its overall recruitment goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Coordinate with departmental heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and prioritize vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and target achievement.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and periodic MIS reports for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Optimize recruitment costs, improve hiring efficiency, and ensure compliance with university policies and recruitment procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including team handling and target-driven recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting individual and team hiring targets.
• Experience recruiting for multiple non-teaching functions such as administration, finance, IT, marketing, operations, facilities, and other corporate support roles.
• Prior experience in a university, educational institution, hospital, or large organization will be an advantage.

Location: SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
