The Opportunity

Join our team and drive student enrolments for job-oriented sales training programmes while building strong partnerships with colleges and placement teams.

Key Requirements

• Meeting college principal, generating leads of students.
• Under 35 years of age
• 2 wheeler with license
• Proven experience in student recruitment for training institutes or coaching centres
• Established relationships with college placement managers and authorities
• Strong college contacts are essential; candidates without them need not apply
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations
• Target-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Benefits

• Performance-based incentives of up to ₹15,000 per month
• Daily Travel Allowance of ₹200
