Manager SiV Partnerships

Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and motivated manager to play a significant role in building the Deshpande Skillings platform of the future. This role will require: Advocacy and Awareness: - Actively evangelise the SIV program and identify potential partners. - Promote Deshpande Skillings mission and programs among stakeholders and the wider community. - Organize workshops, meetings, and events to raise awareness about skill development initiatives. Partnership Development: - Conduct due diligence of partners and qualify partners. - Identify and engage potential partners (NGOs, local leaders, and community organizations) to collaborate on skill development initiatives in rural areas. - Develop funding models for impact through partnerships. - Develop models to incubate partners during early stages of program adoption. - Write and formalize partnership contracts. - Maintain strong relationships with partners. Program Collaboration: - Work closely with the Program Head to align partnership goals with Deshpande Skillings objectives. Monitoring and Evaluation: - Track the progress of partnerships and program outcomes. - Prepare reports and share insights with the Program Head to improve program effectiveness. Key Skills and attributes - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Understanding of rural ecosystems and challenges. - Proficiency in local languages (if applicable) is a plus. - Passion for social impact and rural development. We expect the candidate be willing to travel rural areas as required. Preferred candidate profile - Graduation/ Post Graduation in Business Administration specialized in marketing/sales or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership development (Develop and manage franchise network) in the corporate /service/Education/Social sector.
