Job Description

We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate for the below mentioned position.

Position Title :

Qualification : LLB/LLM

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

  • Drafting and negotiating of HR Related contracts
  • Handling litigation, arbitration and pre-litigation matters.
  • Supporting labour compliance and internal investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate contracts, flag legal and commercial risks.
  • Advise HR, land, port and tax teams on legal matters.
  • Handle litigation (IBC, employee, tax) and maintain a litigation tracker.
  • Support internal investigations and draft disciplinary letters.
  • Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders on policy matters.
  • Support corporate restructuring exercises.
  • Track legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.
