One of our client Manufacturing company in  Electronics city, Bangalore having opening for the position MANAGER- SALES & MARKETING

Position : MANAGER- SALES & MARKETING

Experience : 9 -12 yrs

Salary : 10 lacs to 14 lacs. 

1.New Market Survey and Research.

2.Device and implement relevant Marketing Strategies.

3.Optimize usage of available Marketing methods & platforms.

4. Out of the Box approach to create New Marketing methods.

5. Costing of all Marketing Excercises

6. Calculate and Optimize ROI in terms of monetary investment, Product visibility and value addition to the Brand.

7. Regular communication and reporting to the Department Head

8.Develop new Customers on PAN India Basis. 11.Achieve set Targets for Sales .

9. Follow up on Receivables and adhere to Company policies on receivables and incentive Schemes.

10. Regular communication and reporting to the Department Head 15. ISO 9001:2015 Compliance

Candidate Specification :

1. Male Graduate( Any stream) with minimum of 10-12years of

2.Marketing Experience in White Goods/ EMS / EMS PROCESS

3. Proven track record of Creative Marketing Initiatives and results

4. Strong sense of Integrity and Discipline

5. Working knowledge of MIS and MS Excel reporting.

6. Strong inclination towards learning and implementing new techniques
