Manager Real Estate Sales

As a Manager for Real Estate Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets and effectively market properties. The ideal candidate should possess a graduation degree, with an MBA being preferred, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property sales and marketing. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. In this position, you will be required to lead a team of 8-10 individuals, therefore prior experience in managing a similar team is highly desirable. Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and other marketing tools will be beneficial in executing successful marketing campaigns for the properties. Exposure to property exhibitions and shows will also be an advantage. This is a full-time job that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
