Summary: The Manager of Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of railway track projects, specifically ballastless track systems. This role requires a strong background in Civil Engineering, with expertise in the design, construction, and maintenance of railway infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Accountabilities Duty Statements Lead and manage ballastless track projects from initiation to completion. Oversee project teams, ensuring coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Monitor and evaluate project progress, mitigating risks and addressing issues as they arise. Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and present progress reports, including financial and technical details. Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway track projects, focused on ballastless track systems. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within the railway or transportation sector. Strong knowledge of ballastless track design, construction methods, and maintenance. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
