Job Description

Role: Manager /Senior Manager Planning Location: Gurgaon Exp. 8+ yrs BE / B Tech Civil Engineering Domain and Industry- Real Estate Developments Role & responsibilities Preparation of Baseline Programs, Project Plan, Schedule, Tracking and Monitoring MS Project/ Primavera/ P6. Preparation, Obtaining Approval, Monitoring and controlling the baseline program. Working on Standard Quantities per Drawings & Specifications- BOQ and BOM's Prepare Risk Assessment for the project identifying the high-risk activities along with suggesting mitigation measures Preparation of Resource Requirements/Deployment Schedule/Cash Flow, etc. Responsible for monitoring the schedule and cost performance of the project. Budgeting, Cash flows, Fund Forecasts, and procurement details . Preparation of Detailed Construction Program along-with detailed work method statements for all activities. Coordination with Client & Contractor for meetings regarding Site Work, Progress and Planning Scheduling Preparation of Tender documents with close coordination with Civil -MEP Department -Architecture Departments. Tendering work i. e. floating the tender documents for subletting of work to contractors of all disciplines for residential project and inviting the quotations . Preparation of own cost estimates; comparing the bids with our cost estimate. Prepare recovery schedules to mitigate delays in the project. Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project. Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule. Ensure that Project Controls Documents such as Resources Histogram, Schedules, Reporting Systems, Material Controls Systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by Head Projects. Must possess Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Preferred candidate profile 1. Prior/ Current experience in Real Estate Developments/ Construction Industry desired. 2. BE/ B Tech Civil Engineering, PGP ACM from NICMAR or PG will be plus 3. Technical Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Projects, Advance Excel or Primavera P6 4. Core Expertise in Project Baseline Programs, Project Planning, Scheduling, Tracking and Monitoring 5. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Measures Perks and benefits: As Per Industry Norms and Best Practices.
