Role Overview

Brickfolio is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage office space sales and business development for commercial real estate. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, managing client relationships, and driving commercial leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for commercial office spaces in Pune.
• Identify and acquire corporate clients, business owners, occupiers, and potential tenants.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and client references.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office spaces based on budget, location, and business needs.
• Conduct client meetings, property site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate leasing transactions from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new commercial real estate opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial real estate.
• Experience in office leasing, commercial property sales, or corporate client acquisition will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
• Must be comfortable with client meetings and property site visits across Pune.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
