Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As an Oil & Gas Instrumentation Manager at the Manager level, you will be responsible for the growth of Business and Technology Consulting services for the Oil & Gas and Renewables sector across the globe. You should have 8-12 years of experience in the Energy industry with a strong background in Instrumentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize asset performance and lifecycle management. - Design and develop Digital Twin models to simulate and analyze operational processes, providing insights for improved decision-making and performance optimization. - Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing instrumentation systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Provide technical expertise in instrumentation design, including the development and review of P&ID diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams, and Instrumentation Wiring Diagrams. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering (MBA is an additional advantage). - 8-14 years of relevant industry and consulting experience in the Oil & Gas Refineries or Petrochemicals sector. - Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Digital Twin development.
