As a Creative Technologies Manager based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of cutting-edge tech fluency and creative ambition. This is not just a typical development role; you will be the expert driving various initiatives such as web development, digital campaigns, creative automation, and AI-led innovation. Your primary responsibility will involve partnering with creatives, strategists, and tech teams to prototype, build, and launch interactive digital experiences. These experiences will range from web platforms to high-impact campaigns and AI-integrated tools. Your expertise will come into play in bringing ideas to life through craft, experimentation, and scalable tech thinking. You will lead the development of web platforms, digital campaigns, and microsites utilizing modern frameworks like React and Vue, along with tools such as Framer and Webflow. Additionally, you will be involved in building, launching, and optimizing HTML5 banners, rich media creatives, and display ad experiences across various formats and sizes. Your role will also encompass building and managing WordPress-based campaign microsites, including theme development, plugin customization, and performance optimization. Furthermore, you will prototype and build AI-integrated tools and experiences, leveraging platforms and APIs like OpenAI (ChatGPT), RunwayML, Pika, and other generative AI tools. It will be crucial for you to own and evolve technical workflows to ensure seamless collaboration between creative, development, and production teams. You will be tasked with translating design thinking and conceptual ideas into interactive MVPs, tools, or platforms. Building animations and transitions using tools like Lottie, GSAP, or custom SVG/CSS animations will be part of your responsibilities to create slick, modern UI/UX designs. Staying on top of trends in technology, design, and digital storytelling will be essential for you to lead innovation labs, internal showcases, and prototyping sprints. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding cross-disciplinary team members in creative tech, prototyping, and innovation workflows. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in creative technology, digital production, or web development within creative or tech-driven environments. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js or other component-based front-end frameworks is required. You should also possess proven experience in WordPress development, Webflow, Framer, and strong UI/UX understanding.
