POSITION TITLE: MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MARKETING LOCATION: NOIDA ( DELHI NCR) Core competency-- Create Moulding as well as Mould development business opportunities by identifying potential customers & their decision makers. Conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients. Conduct market research & competitors business analysis. Plan strategies and roadmap for business growth. Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. To penetrate all targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure. To be an interface between the client and internal support teams. Responsible for achieving targets based on client acquisition and revenue generation. Formulate sales policies and procedures to enhance brand visibility and product reach to all potential key clients. Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services. Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them. Work strategically - carry out necessary planning to implement operational changes. Train members of the team and build a strong team. Discuss promotional strategy and activities in the region, as needed. Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. Create a sales pipeline. Understand the companies goal and purpose to continually enhance the companys performance. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management. Handle customer grievances and drive it to a positive conclusion to the satisfaction of the customers. Soft skills: Good communication and analytical skills. Proven ability to negotiate with the customers. Conflict resolution. The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team. Developing growth strategies and plans. Managing and building relationships with the clients. Writing business proposals. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. Following industry trends locally and internationally. Drafting and reviewing contracts. Qualification & Experience: B. Tech/M. Tech ( Full Time)- Any Specialization – Plastic Technology / Mechanical Engg / Polymer Science will be given preference. Post graduate qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage. Candidates having experience in Business Development function in Tooling/Plastic Injection Moulding /Metal Injection Moulding will be given preference. Must have experience of working with major Tier1 Automotive companies and OEMs.
